Provided a decent product, although he said the job would take 3 days to complete, we did have some weather issues but we are now going on 3 weeks and the fence is not complete

"The contracted part of the fence has been completed for weeks. There has been alot of donated work outside the contract that has also been completed. The final payment has been held though pending some non contract work."

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Install
This man was not very experienced at installing sprinkler systems. Numerous mistakes with leaks. Improper depths of some heads. Was suppose to repair lawn and adjust heads. He first said he would sod, then said he could not get sod and agreed to fill trenches with dirt and reseed my lawn in spring. On numerous occasions he said he would be to my house to finish job and never showed up. Very unreliable. I will be taking him to small claims court.

"This customer signed the contract for a specific system install. Once the contract was signed and we ordered the necessary parts, he then started making changes to the system such as the number of control valves, valve bodies, back pressure valves, line types, among other changes. While we expect some things to be changed from time to time, all changes in layout affect the total price, which once completed he refused to pay. The customer was told that dirt had to remain piled on the trenches for at least a couple weeks to allow for settling of the fill, which he raked out after we left the job,and come spring complained of trenches. We hired this company recently to take care of property we can no longer take care of due to work schedules. They did a fantastic job! The lawn looked beautiful - no leaves!!!!! I could not believe it! They really do a great job!
