Awesome company!! They found problems that our insurance company and their company missed. Max found toxic mold and that explained why we were getting sick in our home. Our doctor now recommends StoneCrest to their patients, all who have mold and biotoxin issues. Highly recommend them to everyone!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with the StoneCrest team. We found them to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The report that resulted from their inspection of our home was detailed, comprehensive and highly professional. This report proved extremely helpful in dealing with our home insurance adjuster, paving the way for a very timely settlement. The report was also invaluable in working with our HVAC company and the folks we hired to do the mold remediation. Wow, A+++ Great service. Max is wonderful. He took his time to review previous Mold test and explained everything to me. Him and his wife are very knowledgeable about mold mycotoxins and how they can make some people very sick. I am so great full that I found them in an desperate time of need.

Had a major roof leak;got referrals from HomeAdvisor. I interviewed and had estimates. The thermography photography showed more water damage than visible to the eye. Other companies did not use this technology. Professionalism, support,and expert reporting were superior. StoneCrest called and reported to my homeowner's insurance. How can I put into words when an "angel"" is dropped into your life by God, when you are at your most distraught moment in life? I have thought long and hard about how Mr. Max and the Stonecrest Team came into my life and saved me from the nightmare I was experiencing. Max went out of his way to educate me, at a level that I could actually understand, "what" was going on with me, I wasn't crazy, and pointed me in the right direction to remediate the mold in my home which prompted 3 Emergency Room visit within 3 weeks. Without him and his educated advice, I would still be suffering with no end in sight. My battle isn't over yet, but God sent Mr. Max to help me get started in the right direction. He definitely is an expert on mold and his sincere caring about my well-being is something rare in the world today sadly. He restored my faith in mankind when I was at my lowest. He and his Team are the best I have ever encountered! Words cannot express how very grateful I am to him and if you want to sleep peacefully at night, and have complete confidence that the air you're breathing is safe, there is simply no one better you can reach out to. My roomate and I were certain of a issue. We cleaned up the mold as it appeared but one day I realized that the wall was rotting in the pantry, something was seriously wrong. We had notified the complex each time we encountered mold but they refused to move us and blamed me for being messy and lazy. But the mess was not the cause but the effect,I have mild asthma and a serious mold allergy it was affecting me every second I was in my home. I needed change, that's when I called stonecrest to get to bottom of this. I hope now with the inspection results we can finally be relocated.

We were both feeling tired and getting headaches and suspected we had an issue with mold or allergens or the overall air quality. First, we called a local home inspector and mold inspector that was referred to us by our former realtor, but we did not feel confident at all with their answers on the phone. My husband did some research and we ended up using the StoneCrest Team based on all the positive reviews, especially with the Better Business Bureau. Stonecrest Team is absolutely awesome! I called them to discuss options, pricing, health risk concerns, and just overall information. The other companies did not want to answer all our questions, but Max spent ample time on the phone offering his advice and professional opinion. He was incredibly honest and transparent, which we appreciated, especially as we had not yet booked the inspection. During the inspection, he educated us on mold, what he was doing, the testing and lab process, next steps, and remediation options and processes. They were able to identify problems that could not be seen if not without their cool special cameras and tools - they found not only mold but the hidden source as well. The final report was really thorough, both our insurance adjuster and restoration company commented on how they covered everything - nice! They came out again after the clean up was done to do the mold clearance test and make sure all was done correctly by the restoration company. They are a super helpful and professional team, we have already referred them to our friends! Definitely the best company we have worked with!
