Stone Guy Masonry - Facebook

This was last summer, and I decided not to write a review at that time. Now that I am using HomeAdvisor again, it's time to write the review on Stone Guys. They were horrible! The job was not difficult -- dig up existing brick driveway, save and reuse brick; prepare the driveway for re-bricking; plan and prepare the abutting very small flagstone patio. Not a difficult project. They (the two young guys) started out just fine - then they disappeared and never returned and said 'my father will be here tomorrow; he's the expert and knows all about this project'. Not true, didn't happen. It took a month to redo a simple driveway. When told 'we'll be back at 7' - i should have asked 'what day and is that am or pm?'. No shows more often than not - very polite, nice men but extremely unprofessional. I would NOT hire them again.

They rebuilt the top of a chimney.

They were responsive and on time. It was a great value for the work they did and they were efficient.

I happy to find a masonry contractor of this caliber in my area.

They were very reliable and very good. Guy oversaw everything down to the last detail. I really enjoyed working with them and they would always be available for any questions or changes we had. He even contacted us a week later to make sure all was going well to make sure we were as satisfied as the day they left. I would recommend this company very highly.

The guilty of the work met all of our expectations. We are receiving many favorable comments from our neighbors and people who pass by.

GREAT communication - work was completed to my satisfaction in a better than timely fashion. They suggested something for my steps and I took their suggestion - so much better!!!
