Awesome honest work

I chose Frank over other restoration companies because he is an owner/operator who takes pride in his work and doesn't want to leave unless you are happy. As it happened I had to call him back to take care of some patchiness that turned out to be sealer residue. Frank came out and took care of it. Only negatives I would say are that his helper was untrained and somewhat careless, and that they did not protect my carpets and cabinets very well. Other than that I would use Frank again.

Great experience

Frank worked for many hours on my marble table. Unfortunately, the table was coated with some type of resin that camouflaged many nicks and deep scratches. The quality of the stone got worse as he sanded deeper. Frank was frustrated and disappointed that he couldn't give me a beautiful shiny new table top and although he put a lot of work into it, he didn't think we should have to pay him. My husband and I both thought he should be compensated for his work and we finally worked out something that we both were happy with. I would recommend him to everyone!!!!! He is one of the few that still takes immense pride in his work and he is also honest. You can't ask for more than that.

From the very beginning to the end, it was a top notch experience. He was very responsive to my specific needs. He was able to come out quickly and is very knowledgeable.
