Elmer and crew repaved an old rutted asphalt driveway. Responsible, available, always took my calls and texts. Came when he said he would and did a great job. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced.

Elmer and his team did an amazing job on my walkway and new stone stairs. They were professional and always asking me questions about what I wanted and offering options on pattern etc. Great group of guys to work with.

Elmer, was amazing!!! He answered my request quickly for a job proposal. I sent him pictures of the job. He gave me a quote, set up a date. He came in the day before early in the morning. The next day of the job, Elmer and his crew were in front of my house. They were efficient, professional and quick. Within 3 hours they were done. They cleaned after themselves, received payment and left.

I had a retaining wall replaced in June of this year , elmer and his crew did a great job on the stone wall it came out perfect .They removed the old wall (timber) and disposed of it as well, I was very satisfied I wouldn't hesitate to use his stone work again.

Elmer and his crew did a great job repairing a block retaining wall, plus a paver patio and walkway. They look better than they did when they were first installed. Very happy with the result.

He has bad communications. Before I paid him the first half of the money his communication after I gave him the money he stopped replying to my voicemails and text messages. He told me he does everything with his crew and the he subbed out the framing of the stairs, he subbed out the concrete. When they had it delivered it was to watery and they made a mess all over my existing sidewalk. They didn't clean up after themselves.

They were very courteous, and cleaned up work area. Punctual, and very hard working.

I hired Stone Masonry to extend a previous patio. The job was done in a weekend. On the following Monday, there was heavy rain. The pavers had turned a cloudy white color. After many attempts of contact with Elmer Zacarias, he answered his phone. I told him of the problem and his answer was the rain caused the polymeric sand to cause this cloudy, white color. He assured me it would go away in a couple weeks, which it did not. Again I tried to contact and sent pictures which took quite a few attempts for him to finally call back. Elmer said the rain caused this problem and it would cost us an additional $400 to take care of his error. He then said he has been having this problem with polymeric sand with other customers. Since he is the professional I wanted to know why he did not tell us to cover the patio since rain was in the forecast. He refused to fix his mistake. This is extremely disappointing. The job cost $2500 and he wants another $400 to fix his error. I believe these other reviews for Pavers are FAKE. He did a POOR job and will never be recommended. My additional research showed that the Polymeric sand needs to be removed from the pavers surface before getting wet and a blower is recommended. Elmer's brother Nelvin did the work on my patio. He did not have a blower and asked to use our broom. So again, not done correctly, then Nelvin used our hose to spray down the patio which still had polymeric sand on pavers. The previous pavers we had done 6 months prior never had this issue. The job was done correctly although the person is dead now so I researched another company. I thought I had hired a professional but I did not!!

Vendor changed start date twice without approval from the customer.
