I hired Stone Plumbing based on their positive reviews for several smaller jobs before they did a full replumb of my house. They are much more expensive than other companies, but I am okay with that in exchange for high-quality work and customer service. Things were good at first?until they weren?t. Overall, I received substandard workmanship that resulted in flooding, thousands in damages, and a company that hides behind insurance adjusters rather than standing by their work. I should have been wary when the person I was working with suddenly left the company before completing the work they quoted me for. Now, I continue discovering shortcuts and mistakes their replacement made, and I suspect there are still more problems. I am not sure how my experience is so different from their online reviews. The sheer number of problems I've had is staggering; it's the kind of performance you expect from an unlicensed amateur, not a premium-priced professional.

We not only contracted Eric Stone to install a new water heater, but to also move and install a new well pressure tank, which was failing, from under our manufactured home, to an inside storage closet location, and then re-pipe our home water supply from the new inside location of the pressure tank to the newly installed water heater. When I first met Eric for an initial bid, I felt very confident in the fact that I had chosen the right plumbing contractor for our project, and his knowledge and expertise plus his likeable demeanor did not let me down. Eric's bid was fair and complete, he and his crew showed up on the agreed date and time, and his crew of two additional plumbing techs, Ethan and Hunter, were very knowledgeable, courteous, and just all around good guys and a delight to have them working my home. The finished product of the installation was exactly what I had envisioned, and the work area was cleaned up on completion. Needless to say I am thrilled to death with Eric's work and would highly recommend his company to anyone contemplating a like project.

Excellent. And I NEVER say that. He was prompt, polite, and respectful of my home. He came prepared with everything he needed and did not have to spend time rummaging around in his truck, calling the office, or going to the store for parts. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently without leaving a mess. The price was also reasonable and fair. I am very happy that I checked with Home Adviser before hiring and I will definitely call Eric Stone the next time I need a plumber.

Quick to the point no nonsence

Eric was very efficient and knew exactly what we needed, but also listened to our specific needs when installing our sump pump. He did a very professional job and cleaned his "mess" from work as if nothing had been done in our basement. I'd recommend him to anyone.
