Very impressed by Jesse's knowledge, follow through and excellent (though a bit delayed) customer service. Even though two other companies told me my flooring was ceramic, Stone Protech obviously knew that it was marble - which was apparently hidden under many years of neglect. They were also very careful to mask off the many granite inserts in order to prevent any possible damage from the marble cleaning process. Had no idea that my floor could sparkle the way it does now! Only drawback was some finishing work - which was not completed at time of initial visit - could not be completed until a week and a half later, due to their otherwise committed schedule.

Way over priced. Overbilled their end result. Quoted 500 then bumped up price times two. Their patch work was atrocious --bad color match, a total eyesore. Had more excuses and showed no interest in doing what promised. Didn't do what they said. Floors not polished evenly. Not at all happy with hype versus the result. Go elsewhere is our recommendation.

David was an excellent professional worker. He knew his job and he kept my condo clean by wearing plastic overshoes when ever he walked on my rugs. I am pleased with the work completed.

They were good at letting me know they might not get my grout clean and they did this before they started the work. The grout turned out to be clean and I was happy with the outcome.

Jesse did a great job. He was very flexible on timing and was able to get the work done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will have him back to work in my home again.

First of all, I had contacted two other companies to do the job I needed done - never got a call back. So refreshing to contact a service company and have them call you back IMMEDIATELY - and then be so diligent and professional in scheduling and planning to get the work done!~ Can not give higher praise to Jesse for taking care of this for me. He worked with me to make sure I got the best product for the best price. Jesse sent another employee to actually do the work, but called while his worker was there to discuss the plan for the work with me. Fantastic customer service - doesn't get any better. Will be keeping his business card handy to highly recommend to any friends or family who need tile cleaning and grout sealing.

i was told the finish would be a wet look, which is what i wanted, I was told the wet look could be possible, but would require more applications of the of the liquid, this would require more money going over the est of 1,600.00 , the work ethics of the persons was very good but unfortunately some misunderstanding about the finish

Great service. They called me back immediately. They just so happened to have an opening that fit perfectly. They came over, gave me a bid, did the entire job, and were finished by the end of the day. The floor looks absolutely stunning.
