1000% don?t use Conrad, or his company for anything. He is a crook and the most unprofessional contractor / human being on the face of the earth. He will take your money for jobs he knows fully upfront he, nor his unskilled crew are incapable of completing, or even worse incapable of producing good quality work. And even worse, when you discover how poorly completed the work he left behind, he will not return your phone calls, nor texts to correct his wrongs.
