Jerry was excellent to work with - knowledgable, communicative, professional, flexible and hard working. The team cleaned up after themselves every evening, came when they said they would come, and most importantly, did a wonderful job of rebuilding out stone retaining wall. We liked the work so much that we added on the project of replacing our very ugly concrete walkways with beautiful new pavers that make a huge difference in our small backyard.

Jerry at Stone Wall Landscapes installed a dry well and took a number of other measures to address major flooding in our basement from recent torrential rains. He was prompt, responsive, flexible and honest, and provided superb follow up and follow-through on all aspects of the work. The entire process was fully transparent. Jerry was on-site each day, and his crew was incredibly hardworking, efficient and neat. We have no further water backing up towards the house and entering our basement. I will not hesitate to use Stone Wall for any future needs, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jerry gave me the most detailed information and idea for our patio project from the very beginning even before we decided to work with them. He also gave me a pamphlet of pavers which helped me understand our project at lot. Since our house is built on the hill, we had concern about water coming in to the house especially since we have more rain in this summer. He gave us the idea of permeable pavers, and we are so happy that we installed that. We also had a broken concrete section that needed to be fixed and he took out that section and put retaining wall. The patio space was expanded and now it looks so beautiful. Jerry and his team were always punctual and worked very hard. Despite the difficulty of the project, the work was done in 3 days or so. The quote was the most detailed quote, and he was very clear about the cost of each task. Jerry was very friendly and very professional, and I really enjoyed working with him. We will definitely work with them again when we have next project.

Jerry worked with me to design and install front and backyard gardens with a beautiful stone patio and stone paths. His work is excellent and he knows his materials. He checked in with me along the way about decisions that needed to be made, even though that part was a bit stressful. I also appreciated his team because they were friendly and worked well together (and strong to deal with super rocky soil). We love walking the gardens several times a day and neighbors often stop to admire the beauty of the flowers and trees. We highly recommend Stonewall Pro.

Jerry and his team did excellent work on our 100+ year-old puddingstone retaining wall. The finished product looks fantastic. But more important was Jerry's patience, professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility, enthusiasm, excellent suggestions, and, above all, his willingness to take the time to explain the approach, listen to questions and concerns, and involve me in the process. Overall it was an excellent experience with a beautiful result. I would enthusiastically work with Jerry again and highly recommend Stonewall.

Jerry made many suggestions that were an improvement to the work. His quotation was detailed and explinations extreemly helpful. The work consisted of cleaning the stone , removing and repalcing motar to the 100+ year old pudding stone retaining wall, encapsulationg the top of the wall, and repairing the entrance stoop with new granite steps and platform and natural stone risers. Jerry worked with his hard working team every day until the completion two weeks later. The wall is next to a city sidewalk and during and at the end of each day the site was meticuously cleaned. The overall change in the appearance to the wall and stoop is remarkable.

After we got our quote and made a deposit, the entire process went very quickly. Jerry never tried to oversell on anything. I ended up adding additional work after the initial quote, which they were cool with. I also love how the quote was itemized and included prices for other pavers of similar styles at different price points. Him and his crew were total professionals. Jerry was transparent and upfront of any potential increases in price (there was never any, but could have been if the existing concrete was over 5 inches thick). He was responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommended!
