First time client. Appreciated that Charlie took the time to talk, to me, explain what he could do, and how he could help. Very happy so far. Was totally overwhelmed and he made me comfortable that he could be reliable and thorough. He really worked hard on his first visit. I was impressed. I am keeping my fingers crossed that he continues to do what he says he will do. Keep getting burned by unreliable contractors, but have the feeling my luck has changed. Update- couldnâ t be happier with the service. Reliable and knowledgeable. Excellent work.
