My husband and I have recommended him to about 6 family friends since he did work for our house. His attention to detail is amazing and he will not cut corners just to complete the job. He certainly has integrity! He makes sure that the job turns out great. He values the input of his customer while still be honest and straightforward with what can and cannot be done. I would send him ideas and he would be honest with me and tell me whether it was something he could do with the space. His expertise was very helpful and he would offer ideas on ways to improve the project to deliver results!

Russ is very personable and easy to work with. He was a professional that does not take shortcuts! Russ is reasonable and flexible.

I absolutely, without hesitation, would recommend Russ to anybody. I am a true stickler about two things when working with any service - you need to be punctual and take care of your customers. Russ takes great pride in his work and he is meticulous with the details. He told me when he would be here. If he was ever behind he would call me, and I always knew at all times when to expect him showing up. He is genuinely a good man and it was a pleasure having him here! We have had a lot of work done recently and, for any number of reasons, I have not always had a pleasant time working with contractors. The first time I spoke with Russ about the job he told me exactly what to expect. His customer service was certainly above anything that my husband and I have experienced since we started this project about 4 months ago. I have no qualms about referring Russ to anybody, none! He walked me through the whole process telling me what was going to be happening and why he was going to be doing certain things. He also answered any questions that I had. He is just amazing! For the painting I needed I had some furniture that needed to be moved. I vacuumed the entire place where the furniture was moved from before he started working. I was not able to be home while he was working and when I came home I noticed that he also vacuumed the places the furniture was going back to! I would hire him again in a minute. He also went above and beyond taking care of me. I picked out the colors and told him which paint to pick up. I did not realize how yellow the paint that I selected was and started having doubts about how it would look on my wall. He sensed that I was not going to be happy so he painted part of the wall, let it dry and then told me we would wait and re-evaluate. After he left I decided that color was not going to work for me so I called Russ up, and apologized. It was late in the evening and I knew he was almost home. I offered to go to the store and pick up new paint for him to work with in the morning. He declined and said he would drive back to my home that night with his color wheel and we made the selection together! Once we made a decision on the new paint he drove to the store the following morning, got the paint, and went to work. I felt terrible and he did not give me a hard time at all! He was totally OK with me changing my mind and I really thought that was unreal. He really took care of me and his service is exemplary!
