He came out quickly to view the job. Gave estimate after review. Completed the work as planned, and the estimated price was the actual price paid. The two worked well together, were personable, and cleaned up during and after the project. I would definitely call them again.

I hate to leave such a low review for Lloyd, but we?ve been left with no other choice, and think it fair to warn other. We had an issue with condensation in our hvac duct which caused the sheet rock to buckle in our ceiling. After getting it replaced the hvac people left us with a clean nice little 2?x3? hole, which should have been an easy repair. Lloyd was accommodating with his hours and came on a Sunday to fix which I do appreciate. HOWEVER, what he left was a hot mess. Not only did the patch take three days to dry, the patch was soft to the touch and crumbling, and on top of the structure defects, it looked awful as well. The texture was way off and splotchy. I contacted two other companies who viewed the images I sent them and were also appalled. They both offered to correct the work- which, was at the same cost Lloyd originally charged us. I contacted Lloyd to let him know the situation and that I wanted to go with another vendor, and requested a partial refund at an amount he?d thought was fair. I wanted to respect the fact that he was a small business owner but also, wanted him to be accountable for this horrible work and extra money and time it?s costs me. He refused and insisted on fixing it himself. I explained several times why I wanted to go with someone new but he insisted that either he fix it or I pay double for this job because he refused the partial refund. I felt it an obligation to warn others that if you chose this vendor you WILL NOT get what you paid for. I encourage you to seek out other professional, bonded and insured craftsmen that can complete your project at the same cost. I would just like to say that Mr Matthew is so very professional at all times, he is very easy to talk and work with. He will go beyond what you expect in his work. I will be using him again in the near future. But the best part of Mr. Matthew is he is a God Fearing man and I was truly bless to have him work for me.
