Adrian responded almost immediately and was able to provide a fair and reasonable quote based on the photos I sent of the outlet that needed repair. In addition to fixing the unsafe outlet, he also provided a quote to install a new, safe outlet running from my basement to our gazebo. What impressed me even more was his responsiveness—he was answering messages while his wife was in labor! Adrian was able to start the project within a couple of days and completed everything in just four days. The new outlet works perfectly, and my husband is thrilled that he can now watch the World Cup from our backyard.
