Stonescape Steel Roofing just completed a complete replacement of my roof, including some exterior buildings. I could not be happier with the results. They handled everything from the insurance to touch-up paint on the house. Everything they promised was delivered, and then sum. They were patient with me when I had to think things through and make decisions or when I changed something on them. The crew was professional, efficient, and expert at what they did. The cleanup was done without asking. Sean and his team were meticulous in everything they did. It took a bit longer than I had hoped to get it all done properly, but I am so glad I had the patience to stick with it. Once the work started, I immediately knew that I had made the right choice. We suffered damage due to a severe hail storm. Sean at Stonescape took control of the whole job. He coordinated with the HOA for approvals, handled getting the contractors or in house personnel to install a new roof, install new gutters and downspouts, replace the garage door, replace screens, repair fencing and siding. Stonescape handled all communication with the insurance company to insure they covered everything that was damaged. I would not have known where to start let alone whether the insurance company was treating me fairly. Stonescape handled everything. I am completely satisfied and recommended them to neighbors who are also completely satisfied.

They went out of their way to make sure I had the roof repair that I needed. They needed to replace quite a few plywood pieces and also replaced the gutters. I am so very appreciative of all the work they did. The work was done quickly and expertly. They even put in extra vents so the roof wouldn't sweat causing the plywood to rot out so quickly. I am very well pleased with all they did. They tended to every aspect needed to give me a great long-lasting roof.

After more than a year researching roofing companies and getting bids for a steel roof for our log cabin near Allenspark, CO, we selected Stonescape Steel Roofing. We are really glad we chose them. We chose Stonescape because they outperformed the competition. The owner, Rob, came to the cabin right away to look it over, showed us that he knew steel roofing options, and gave us great advice and a competitive price. Rob also provided key help with getting some payment (claim) from our insurance co and then provided exactly the type of steel roof that we had been hoping to get. No other roofing company offered to provide real help with our insurance claim. The roof was expertly put on in June 2018 and we could not be more pleased with its quality and appearance. Here’s why my wife and I give our highest recommendation to Stonescape: Rob and Erika have a lot of experience in the roofing business and we learned that they do follow through on their pledge (on their website) to do their work with honesty, integrity and quality. For example, when the first supplier of the coated steel that we selected suddenly said they couldn’t provide the color we wanted and we would’ve faced a considerable delay, Stonescape made many calls and worked overtime to find another supplier that provided the color we wanted on time, and an even better gauge steel, and all at no additional cost to us. Another indicator of their quality work is that Rob was on site regularly to ensure the entire roof project was done well. When they promised to do something, they did it. 2. Stonescape communicates well. When we had questions or when the weather caused some delays in the roof install, Stonescape returned our calls or texts quickly and always gave us accurate information and excellent advice. They proved to us that they are a responsive and reliable company. 3. They are very skilled at working with insurance companies. Rob worked with our claims agent and was able to help us get partial payment for weather-related damage to our old roof-—when we did not think we’d qualify for any payment. I would highly recommend anyone needing a roof replacement to contact Rob and Stonescape to get their evaluation of your roof and how they might assist you with a possible claim. Furthermore, Erika and Stonescape are outstanding in getting all needed certificates and invoices to the insurance company to make sure that your claim is paid promptly. 4.
