Treasure, the designer and Francisco the installer, are the best. They know their stuff.

Sarah Najafi and Installer Alan know the product , professional installer , demonstrating how the roll up shade and color choice would suit my living room area. I have full window coverage however, roll up shades top to bottom is not feasible for senior customers with physical problems manually operating can be a problem.. I should have chosen the electronic mode. The product is elegant looking on my windows. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Quality product, reasonable cost and my shades arrived 4 weeks earlier than promised. Quinn and Rusty are rock stars.

Michelle gave us very good advice and the product is beautiful. Ryan did a wonderful job with the install and followed up promptly when there was a small factory glitch that needed adjustment. I highly recommend this company.

Stoneside was great thanks

This is our second time using Stoneside Blinds & Shades. Our first experience was after Hurricane Harvey redoing all our downstairs blinds & shades. Ashley was our same design consultant this time also as we redid our upstairs blinds. Ashley has a great eye for color and her suggestions were right on. Easy to work with, prompt, timely & friendly. Anthony was our installer and it was the same with him. Prompt, courteous , and finished the install quickly. We will always use Stoneside - great product & great people.

Stoneside Blinds & Shades was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Michelle and Tom were both great, both super stars and I couldn't ask for better people to work with. Michelle helped me pick exactly what I wanted and was super helpful throughout the entire selection/purchase/install process. Tom is awesome, super friendly and installed the shades perfectly and very quickly too. I was impressed with his work. I couldn't ask for a better customer experience. I'm very happy with my new shades and can tell they will give me great pleasure in my new home in the coming years. I found Stoneside Blinds and Shades online and read the reviews and decided to go with them. One of the best decisions ever! I worked with Michelle Hayes who was amazing! She showed me all kinds of samples and was very patient and friendly. She explained in detail how the process would work regarding selection, payment, time frame and installation and everything went exactly according to Michelle's assessment. Tom was my installer and he also did an amazing job with measurements and installation. I would definitely recommend Stoneside. They are professional, friendly and the quality of materials and customer service are outstanding.

I am completely satisfied with my experience from consultation to installation! Our bathroom shades offer a welcomed bit of privacy, while still allowing light to spill in. Lisa made the process easy, and Rusty was friendly and professional upon installation. Iâ m so happy with my experience that weâ re asking Stoneside to come out and install living room shades. The Stoneside sales and installation teams both did a wonderful job! The customer service, guidance and installation quality were all above and beyond what I would have expected for our commercial job. I will certainly endorse their performance and would use them again in the future.

We recently had a new sliding glass door installed. Our current shades no longer fit the space so we found Stoneside online and set things in motion. Stephanie came to present the perfect option to cover the door AND clear the large handle on the slider. The guys came by for a final measurement and when the custom order arrived, Trent made the final installation a pleasure. Before he left the house, he made all final adjustments and gave us a short course on how to run our new remote-controlled roller shade! We love it!

We have had THE best experience with Stoneside--from Andrea C. the design consultant who took as much time as needed to look at our windows, discuss our options, and give suggestions as to what would be the best fit (and dang do our blinds look amazing!) to Sam who came to measure and install them--we could not be happier. Our house truly feels like our home now, thanks to these gorgeous, luxurious wood blinds and the amazing service we got from Stoneside. Highly, highly recommended!
