Stoneside Blinds & Shades

Antwan has been great to work with! He has helped me find what I want within my budget. He has been to my house twice because I have had many questions and revisions. He has been patient with me and made this such a positive experience!

I paid $2360.30 for a single motorized custom black solar shade. I ordered them on 8/30/2023. They did not provide the service, were rude and inconsiderate, had poor communication, and I still do not have a refund. Salesperson JW did my consultation in home, took measurements, noted I had a handle to the door to the balcony, and stated it was not going to be a problem for his company to install. He then charged me the full amount up front. I had a subsequent final measure appt in which I was assured again that the company could deliver what I paid for. I then waited over a month for my installation. On installation day, the installer was saddled with defective goods. The motor didnâ t work. Then the back up motor didnâ t work. Then, an attempt to replace it temporarily with the wrong motor also didnâ t work. In the entire process, my solar shade was damaged. Come around next day. Not only could I not get in touch with customer service, I needed to call back several times for customer service to finally connect with me. They made no attempts to make it right by offering compensation. I received no apology for the wasting of my time, the poor customer service, or the inconvenience. They said they need to remake my shade and quoted me 1.5 weeks of time to do it. On 10/10/23 I get a call from CB informing me that they cannot actually make the shade for my window. I was told JW, the one who sold me items, will reach out to me shortly. I received no call from JW and instead had to call myself to actually reach that person. It took over 4 hours to reach them. I am informed that they have decided to abandon the project and refund me because â itâ s causing problems.â I got my refund today after having to call again to ensure that it had been processed. In my opinion, I would be very wary of these five star reviews. Really think about the validity of those five star reviews when my experience has been so disparate. I am so disappointed, embarrassed, and angry at being fooled.

We love our new shades - definitely an update to our home. Everyone we did business with at Stoneside was excellent to work with and Ryan was a very conscientious and experienced installer who did an excellent job.

Ryan is extremely skilled at shade installation, and they do look great! They’re the best shades that we’ve ever owned. He explained the installation process to us very clearly, we appreciated the information and the time that he took with us.

We have worked with Stoneside Blinds on an extensive project for our newly built house. I am a meticulous person with high expectations, and I was happy with every step of the process. I absolutely loved their design options. We had to work through a few obstacles, which Stoneside Blinds did with the utmost professional approach. I met several people from SB starting with the design phase, measuring, through to installation, and I have been impressed with each person. They train their people really well. Ryan - our installer - was incredibly helpful and patient. He is trustworthy, personable and knows his stuff!

First class company. Jason (design consultant) and Ryan (installer) were excellent in every wat, top to bottom. This is the second time we used Stoneside.

I worked with Vai and Ryan to create and install my shades and I was extremely satisfied with their product and team. I have extra tall ceilings and direct, hot west facing sun. Vai did a great job listening to my aesthetic as well as functional needs. Ryan was an extremely professional, detail oriented and friendly installer. When there was a small measuring error they took responsibility and fixed everything with no further issue. Everything was priced fairly and the timeline was good considering COVID-19 delays.

Working with Elizabeth and Ryan was wonderful. I knew what I wanted and she delivered. The shades were installed in about a month after I ordered them. It would have been earlier but Ryan s and my schedule did not coordinate. Ryan did an excellent job of installing the blinds with minimal disruption in having to move furniture and did not have to take down the valance. Two shades were slightly damaged but Stoneside immediately contacted me and the new shades were there in three weeks. The blinds are everything I hoped for. I highly recommend Stoneside, particularly working with Elizabeth and Ryan, as well as the support staff particularly Heidi.

Very professional, very helpful, no hard sale

Carrie spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable making selections for my house. Matthew came in and installed my blinds quickly and without any issues. The blinds look awesome in my home and I'm so glad I chose Stoneside.

Carrie was fantastic to work with - we hired Stoneside to enhance our windows with shades and Carrie's attention to detail and suggestions were fantastic. We love our shades and look forward to doing more with this company as we continue our home renovations.
