Carrie (designer) and Stephen (installer) were both excellent. They were very knowledgable about their product and were incredibly helpful in offering suggestions and answering questions. We felt like they both customized their product to our needs. They were professional in every interaction we had with them. We are very pleased with our shades and would not hesitate to call Stoneside again for a future product.

We have had blinds custom made in our master bedroom with windows from floor to ceiling. Our experience has been really great and I would recommend Stoneside Blinds. The sales side and the installation side are fantastic and they really work well with the customer to try and find solutions.

From the first day we met with Carrie Kaiser, and during selection, ordering, measuring (by Robert), scheduling (by Melissa) and installation (by Robert), we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, and always available for any questions we had. We purchased a combination of blinds and shades for 37 windows. From start to finish the whole process only took 3 weeks to complete. The products were high quality and look fantastic. It completely changed the look of our home. Perfect experience, from start to finish. From the first phone call to actual installation, we seriously could not be happier. The blinds themselves are the best we've ever had, from design to use to functionality. But their crew really sets Stoneside apart! Carrie helped us pick the perfect blinds with a solid mix of product and interior design expertise - she made what can be a confusing and complicated process easy and fun. She immediately understood the look we were going for and her recommendations have really enhanced our home. Their installer was professional, friendly, and efficient. Very professional, very helpful, no hard sale

Carrie spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable making selections for my house. Matthew came in and installed my blinds quickly and without any issues. The blinds look awesome in my home and I'm so glad I chose Stoneside.
