    Connor from Stonewall Structural Engineering showed up promptly on time. He went under my 93-year-old house without hesitation to check out the foundation issues. Within two hours he walked me through all his findings in detail and gave me some suggestions. I received a detailed, sealed report in 4 days with pictures, and multiple ways to resolve my issues. I hope to never need a structural engineer again, but I'll definitely be using Stonewall if I need an inspection again.

    Excellent job but a "sealed" report for $125.00 was steep. The inspection was $300. but this "sealed" report was just a document sent on-line so I don't understand why it's considered "sealed".

Just to clarify, a "sealed" report means it carries the professional stamp and signature of our licensed professional engineer, making our reports legal documents that can be used to apply for any necessary building permits to perform the specified repairs.     Stonewall was the second structural engineer contracted to review my home settling issues. The last engineer's services and report were not very useful. I have a four-year-old home in Holly Springs NC, and I'm seeing significant evidence of settling. The folks at Stonewall were very knowledgeable, and they were very attentive to details. They made measurements the other firm didn't consider, and I think we know the problem(s) now. Chuck and his assistant explained all their findings, and I feel that the contents of their report will put me on path to a solution. I would recommend them to anyone in need of these services.
