Very good quality workmanship!

Replaced 4 large 11-foot tall porch columns with precast fiberglass columns and much of the porch roof trim which had rotted with rot-proof PVC composite. Jake is easy to work with and very responsive to communications by voice, text or email. During this project, Jake made a number of valid suggestions to improve the project's outcome which we accepted and he carried out. Very happy with the final results!

Jake gave us a highly competitive bid to replace two worn out wood decks on our house. What made it tricky were the angles - ours is a contemporary house and there are few square corners on either deck, plus he had to accommodate the fixed railing posts. Finally, he spotted some splits and rot once the deck was removed and had to fixed those too. He did it all with care and amazing precision - simply cannot believe how good it all looks. And cleanup was complete too, impressive all the way around. The only problem - now I will have to upgrade the rest of the house outside to catch up to these gorgeous decks! Highly recommend Jake and his crew for deck work.

He also helped me with some small "handyman" projects including scraping paint on the eaves of my garage and re-painted as well as repairing a small roof and gutter - so grateful.
