This is Mark Stonner. I am the owner of Stonner Construction, Inc. We specialize in all aspects of new building and remodeling. We take great pride in all of our projects, no matter how big or small. I have been in this buisness since 1995 and and still enjoy learning and improving quality and customer service to make what can be a stressful renovation, addition, ect into a relaxed open relationship where you know what to expect and have someone to walk you through and keep you informed and involved from start to finish, besides quality of work our customer service is untouchable I take great pride with anything that has my name on it, I am not just doing a "project" I am feeding my family! So I take great pride in staying on top.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
All in all, Stonner Construction did a fine job. They did not quite get all the little details done (completely fill nail holes in drywall, remove excess mastic from the flooring, etc.) But, the finished product was what we wanted, Mr. Stonner made several suggestions that made the project better and he came back to install a cabinet that was not quite ready when the project was otherwise finished. I'd like to hire the company again when we need some additional work done in the basement.

Bathroom Remodel
Mark and his team worked hard on my bathroom remodel project and which was completed in about 4 days. I selected SCI because Mark Stonner submitted a very good bid, communicated well and went above and beyond to provide solutions. Had some minor cleanup issues but overall they did a fantastic job and my bathroom is updated nicely. I would definitely recommend them. Will use them again this fall on a an insulation and roof vent project.

I was very happy with him and the work that was done. We had estimates from all 4 names that were sent, but we were impressed with Mark after he did the first walk through of our house. We told him what we wanted and he was very professional and seemed like someone we could work with. He worked with us all the way through the projects. We will have additional work coming up, and I will use him again.

Did good work but left a lot of clean up of nails, screws, lumber tags, and other things that could potentially pierce a foot or a tire in the driveway and grass.

Mark repaired wood rot on several windows. His communcation in scheduling his estimate visit and to complete the work was exceptional. He arrived on time and completed the work per his bid. Great experience and I would use him again.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Mark and his crew were very professional. They became like part of the family. They cared about our needs and our wants. He was easy to work with when we came across changes we had to make. I trusted him completly in my home with my kids. He was willing to help out and lent us equipment for things we were doing on our own. He stuck to his time frames He completed a large project for us - added 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which all look great. When you enter that part of the house it looks like a new construction.. I would and plan on using him again

Stonner Construction, Inc. not only came out to repair the wind damage, but also corrected additional installation issues as well. They addressed many issues beyond what I had requested them to fix. It's clear that Mr. Stonner and Stonner Construction take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.

Stonner Construction have done a good job on the siding and roof of our detached garage, as well as re-working a chain-link fence line. They are currently working on a bathroom floor for us. You work fast and clean up afterwards. I would definitely ask you to do more work for us if we need it and the price is right.
