John P. Stoppi Jr., PE, CHI is a registered Professional Engineer who conducts structural engineering assessments of existing and new homes. He can perform engineering for any residential structural project, evaluate existing homes for structural integrity, and certify houses to close real estate transactions. John is also a certified building inspector in PA, & is an interNACHI Certified Home Inspector with extensive experience in residential construction. John conducts general home inspections along with radon and WDI inspections. John is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. If any structural issues are discovered during a home inspection, John is able to consult directly as an add on to the home inspection contract. No engineer referral is needed. John also performs commercial building inspections for general building assessment or due diligences. He also performs forensic engineering for commercial and residential losses.
