Storm Guard of Charlotte

We hired StormGuard to replace both our roof and gutters/guards, and we couldn't have been happier. We had narrowed down our search from 10 companies to six, and then scheduled 3 of them to come out for a roof inspection and to sit down with us to answer our questions. The first company pushed really hard with car salesman-like tactics, the 2nd guy was nice but not confident (leaving us a little unconvinced that they knew what they were doing), and the 3rd was StormGuard who we were so impressed with. They did a phenomenal job, were super professional and personable, and communicated with us at every step of the way! The thing that stood out the most was that it was clear everyone took pride in their job. You just don't find that anymore! I definitely would recommend them!

The scope of the roof maintenance service was fully and clearly explained prior to beginning the work. The repair cost was very reasonable and the quality of the repair materials is excellent. The repairman and his supervisor were knowledgeable, skillful, friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased!
