Storm Guard of Colorado Springs is proud to be a locally owned and operated business serving Colorado Springs, Monument and the surrounding community. With years of experience and unmatched expertise, we can help with any of your roofing needs. Since opening our doors, our goal has been to provide our customers with the highest quality craftsmanship, products and service all at a fair price. Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Storm Guard is an amazing company. Everyone I worked with was extremely kind and hardworking, from the owner Brad to the Salesman Ryan to the Roofing General Manager Chad, and the repair team lead by Joxan were knoweldgeable, hard working and always extremely kind. They worked very hard to make sure my job was done satisfactorily and corrected any issues I bought up. They had to search hard for the source of my leak and went above and beyond and the extra mile to make sure they found it and sealed everything up. They came out no matter how many times it took to get everything finished well. This company is filled with wonderful people and an owner and GM dedicated to hard work, integrity and doing the right thing. Brad came out to check on things himself when the leak was hard to solve. He put the GM Chad on the job who was particularly responsive to all my questions and concerns, and worked hard for solutions. I give highly recommend them!!

We had Stormguard come out to assess an issue with a leaky roof. They were GREAT!! Brad was able to locate the problem and found a solution that would fix us right up. They were outstanding, from inspection to installation. I am beyond thrilled with their professionalism and work ethic. They are the only roofing company that I will use from here forward. We also had a drone scan done so that we have a baseline in case of hail. It's great to know that if we get hit, we will be able to clearly show any damages to the insurance company. What a great idea! Stormguard is the best roofing company in the Colorado Springs area.

Storm Guard was contracted to repair hail damage which included replacing the roof, gutters and 4 windows that had been damaged. From the first meeting, it was obvious that these people were very organized, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer orientated. Dealing with my insurance company was a very long and frustrating experience (17 months). During the entire process Storm Guard went over and above what they should have had to do in order to facilitate the repairs. They were extremely communicative, all appointments set for meetings and/or repairs were on time. I was kept aware of all developments as they occurred, and any issues were immediately addressed and resolved. The subs doing the actual work were all professional and polite. Below is an excerpt of the e-mail I sent Sam after the completion of the project: Thank You for all the tireless work you and everyone concerned have put forth on this claim. Despite all the irritation of dealing with my insurance carrier over the past 17 months, you, Glenn, Steve, and Chad have been a dream to work with. Everyone of the sub-contractors that worked on the house were great. I was amazed and very pleased with the job Sergio did matching the stucco. The color is about at 98% match. It is very difficult to determine the line where he feathered in the new the stucco. His work is exceptionally good. I strongly recommend Storm Guard. You will be well pleased with the company and the work preformed.

Storm Guard was trustworthy and gave us valuable advice before we even gave them our business. Each person we spoke with was professional, knowledgable, reliable and had our best interest in mind the entire time. They were extremely helpful during the entire process. They are easily accessible and respond to your questions and needs quickly. Leading up to getting the work done on our house our insurance company sent us jumping through quite a few hoops, but every step of the way Storm Guard was right beside us defending our claim and giving us the tools we needed to succeed. During production everything was simple and organized, for homeowners like us that are new to the idea of construction on our house we were nervous but the teams that were sent to do the work by Storm Guard kept everything on schedule and with amazing results that we are thankful for. After everything was done there were multiple follow ups, making sure we were happy with the work. We were very happy with the end result, and I am confident that if we were not that it would have been corrected with no questions asked. Days after construction of a new roof, windows, and paint they go so far as to send the Vice President of the company into our grass with a giant magnet to pick up any left over metal scraps so that our yard was safe for our kids to play in! Hands down, Hire Storm Guard. You will be so pleased that you did. I know we are.

First off... wow. From beginning to end I was impressed with the entire team. After submitting my information, I was quickly reached out to to schedule an appointment. The person I met with with professional and gave me the full scope of work required with fair pricing for the job that needed to be done. Scheduling was done quickly, and the directions and timelines I was given were clear and concise. The work was done quickly and correctly, they even had someone (Martha, who was awesome) come out and walk me through the entire roof to inspect the work done together. I felt very comfortable through the entire process, and it made a very stressful project simple and stress free. Special thanks to Martha/Glenn/Sam/Steve for going the extra mile.

Storm guard did our roof, repaired the stucco on the house exterior, repainted it, and also replaced our garage doors, along with some window trim work. They did a terrible job on the stucco repair and repainting. Everything else seems ok. There are streaks all over the house where the stucco texture wasn't done correctly before painting. Plus, there are still cracks in the house that were not repaired. They told us they were going to redo the whole thing, but then changed their minds and said they are just going to fix one of the cracks and remove the paint splatter they got all over our deck railings. They are not redoing the stucco and paint work, even though they admittedly told us it was done incorrectly!

"Dan and Lisa Templeton, we are deeply disappointed that you are dissatisfied with our efforts. We have attempted to provide quality service with the utmost diligence throughout this project. While there was confusion about the inclusion of soffit/fascia paint as a part of the stucco paint bid, we performed that work at no additional cost to keep you as a satisfied customer. We also have been out to your home on numerous occasions to perform touch up work and walk the job site with you in varying light to make sure you were satisfied with the work performed. When we met at your property on June 14, we came up with an agreed upon punch list of items to be touched up in order for you to be satisfied with the work performed (none of which included completely re-stuccoing your home). On that same day, you agreed to pay the final invoice amount based on our agreement to perform the punch list items. You are now demanding that we re-stucco your home for no additional cost. We provided a quote to re-stucco your home at the inception of our relationship, but you declined that service and elected instead to have us repair cracks. In an effort to resolve this matter, we have offered to credit your $1,200 payment for crack repairs towards the cost of re-stuccoing the home, but you declined this offer. We then offered to fully refund the $1,200 paid, but you also declined this offer. Unfortunately, you have taken a very aggressive and hostile approach towards employees of Storm Guard and sub-contractors on multiple occasions, including cursing us and making implicit threats. You have told employees of Storm Guard, that [you] know how to arrest and shoot people. This is concerning behavior from any customer, and very disappointing behavior from two individuals employed by the police and sheriff's office. We have tried everything we can to make this right, but unfortunately your expectations were $20,000+ in work for $1,200. In spite of your hostile behavior and your admitted goal of diminishing our reputation, we are still coming back out to your home to perform additional touch ups."
