Do not do any business with Storm Proof Roofing! Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach and Boca Raton, Florida offices. I am still waiting for my full refund. May 2018 contract. Signed August 2018. 20% deposit given September 2018. Mid-October: new re-roof permit denied from City. Why? Neither telephone calls nor emails returned to me when I reached out for 3 weeks. Finally, in mid-November stating that I am wanting a full refund as I lost faith in their company was my call answered. I asked Cathy in their office when she knew my permit was denied and she said they knew the day after (3 or 4 weeks earlier) but did not want to tell me and she was sorry she did not return calls for 3 weeks because they are busy. That is negligence and I am also thinking embezzlement at this point! Guess what? I am busy too and I want to go with another company now, so just refund me in full and make it amicable. They said no. I asked for a full refund and want to make it amicable for both parties. No action from Storm Proof Roofing no refund so now I am taking action: Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint, called my credit card company and now will start a social media blitz until the full refund is authorized and verified by Kent, the owner. Pass this on to your family and friends if they are thinking about a re-roof or a roof repair do not use Storm Proof Roofing. 4 months after contract signed and they have never been to my home once, they have not done one thing and they have not communicated the permit was denied because their paperwork was incomplete. Just refund me already!

They did a nice job replacing my old tile roof. One glitch was the order for the replacement tile was lost so I had to wait and additional month for the job to be finished. However the price was very reasonable and they did a quality job.
