Kelly Storm impressed me form the first time I met him. He was very upfront with me. I had already had several people come to my home after the 6/19/2018 hail storm to give me their estimates to repair my home. However, none of the other contractors would even show me their number as compared to the numbers I got from my insurance company. Most all of the contractors asked for a signed contract the very first time I met them. Kelly just asked me if he could walk around the home, take some pictures and get on my roof. After he made all of his inspections of the damage. He made another appt with me to go over his numbers line by line as compared to the insurance company. He then spent a few weeks dealing with my insurance company to get ALL of the work paid for, because their adjuster had missed a lot of the damage. Kelly was very open and honest as to the process he was going through with my insurance company. It was a very easy decision to sign a contract with Kelly. Once the job started Kelly continued to communicate with me daily as to how things were going and when things would be done. He was very much on the job and knew what was going on. Not once did I feel Kelly wasn't looking out for my best interest. Kelly went over and above the call of duty. He has demonstrated honesty, integrity, loyalty, and perseverance since the first day I met him. He and his company have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and my special needs son. I would highly recommend Kelly and his company to anyone who needs any repairs on your home. It will be an easy call for me next time I get hail or need anything else done to my home.

I cannot ascertain the quality of the work at this time. It looks good with one small issue, but we are still waiting on that to be addressed, an inspection, and insurance paperwork to be complete, 3 weeks later, with an estimate of another week out. I will reevaluate this review when we are finalized, and hope to be able to raise this score. This is a busy time for all roofers in Colorado. Accordingly, Kelly is overwhelmed, resulting in promises not being kept, and a stressful, time-consuming experience we were not expecting based on his assurances, other reviews and qualifications.

He was a real good project manager. He was there to answer questions.

If I could give him 6 stars I would! Kelly S. did an unbelievable great job and he knows how the insurance works through and through. Everything was on time just as he stated and it has now been 2 days, you could not tell they were even here as far as clean up. He also made great suggestions and he left me feeling like I was in control of my house. He finished within his estimate and he represented the company with the utmost integrity. Don't waste your time calling on other roofers.

We were up against a tight deadline and Tommy did all he could to help us meet it. He kept us informed of his status. He was completely professional and polite. We would definitely rehire.
