Stormshutter Mechanic had excellent customer service from the very first phone call with Raquel. She set up a service call for the next day, and was even accommodating to us by switching some times around so our job could be completed 2 days later. We have a condo at Clearwater Beach and live full time in PA, so we wanted to get it taken care of while we were in town. Our hurricane shutters were down and the motor need to be replaced so they could be put up again. Gabe and Sebastian were great to work with! They explained what they were doing and how the shutters work. I highly recommend this company! Competent, reliable, good quality and a good price!

Walter and Jared provided an exceptional customer experience. Storm shutter companies that only do installs would have told me I needed to replace the motors on 3 shutters but I have cranks also and Walter/Jared were able to get all shutters cleaned up and working. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

I called Stormshutter Mechanic Inc. and Raquel set up the appointment. I had my straps on our roll down shutters break from age. I found Dan, and Matt to be Honest, knowledgable and offer reasonable approaches to the fix. Didn't all get accomplished in the first trip but they came back with the needed supplies and got it done. Everyone has been professional and so courteous. We moved here two years ago and to find good, honest people that do what they say and care about the job was such a refreshing experiance. I will recommend and rehire when needed. I was very pleased.

I paid $287.50 for 1 1/2 hrs labor. I agreed to this. I don't have a problem with this, however they charged $12 for 6 extra screws and $8 to spray with silicone. I could buy 2 or more cans of silicone for $8 - as a matter of fact I have a can in my closet. The men were courteous and knowledgeable and for the most part were efficient.

They came out within 2 days, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the mess! I highly recommend them for shutter repair.

They were scheduled on a Tues....had an opening a week earlier than the appointment...we were available and they had the awning fixed in no time...I was worried that it was broken but they know what they are doing...would definitely recommend them!!!!!!!!
