I think the price was too high for the amount of time it took to lubricate the tracks. There weren t any mud dippers to clean either.

I was first contacted by this company in February 2018. Instead of coming out to take a look, they made me take pics of my shutters and send via email which I did not really mind. After multiple emails and phone calls, parts were ordered but on backorder for 4 to 6 weeks. After over 13 weeks, locks came in at the beginning of May but would never have known if I had not kept emailing them to ask. Appointment scheduled for May 14. Stayed home from work only to have them call me and cancel 1 hour before they were to show up. After 4 emails with no responses and a couple phone calls where I was told they would be calling me soon and that they were behind, I insisted on waiting on the phone while they scheduled me after I was told that they were not doing any repairs for a couple months since they had installs they needed to get done. From the attitude of Marisol on the phone, I could tell she was not happy. Scheduled me for 7/25. Emailed me today to tell me my parts had not come in. Are you kidding? My parts were in in May for my first appointment. I gave them multiple chances to rectify without any satisfaction. I will never think about using them again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know at work (Office Depot Corporate) not to use them. The worst experience I have ever had. Pretty bad when you almost have to beg to spend money to have a job done.

"Storm Smart of Southeast Florida did a service call to repair accordion shutters at (name withheld per customer request ) home in early 2018 and found that she needed to replace 12 T-lock handles. We placed the order and were informed by the supplier that the handles would arrive in 4-6 weeks. We informed (Name withheld per consumer request ) of this time frame. However, despite the time frame given by the supplier, we were later informed that there would be an additional delay due to a national shortage of handles caused by hurricanes Irma and Harvey. In late July, we received only 6 of the 12 handles we ordered. We made a special trip to install those six handles on Ms. X home. We received the remaining locks in mid August. When we contacted Ms. M to schedule the second installation, she was no longer interested in having them installed as she was convinced we previously had the handles but were satisfying other customer needs rather than hers. Such was not the case. It is unfortunate that such significant delays occurred, but they were beyond anyone?s control. Thank you. Ken"

These Guys are Awesome! They repaired the hardware that remains in the stucco of my house that attach Storm Shutters to the house. No one else wanted to do this except them and their price was very fair.
