The service people were on time with scheduling work, efficient in explaining details including delays due to inspections and cleaned area of debris and all areas showed nothing but the wonderful job. We were followed up with not only one but two assessment requests by the company we hired regarding quality of both work and service people. They do truly care about their customers! We were also given instructions if follow up info or repairs are needed so we were grateful for the extra help offered in this important investment. I would gladly spread the word to my friends, family, neighbors regarding this outstanding company.

If you ever want to know all you need to know as well as an interior designer, ask for Ricardo. I thought I was getting a typical shark-like salesman but he really educated us and really opened our eyes to information we never thought to ask when making such an important home improvement decision. He is a real teacher as he calls himself. My windows were beautifully installed and the process was very straight forward.

This is a provisional review since I just hired them and nothing has been installed yet. They are very through with explaining how their windows work and why they are better. They are pushy with the sign today but Alan made it worthwhile with discounts. I'll try to remember to add more when the windows are put in.
