Not good he left a big mess he didn't finish the work he keeps promising to come back and doesn't come back to clean up and finish the asphalt work which I already paid for. the forms are still left on the driveway he left a big pile of rubble at my gate so I can't enter my property

"There was plenty of communication with the homeowner that this project entirety would last up to sixty days minimum. There is over 20 plus yards of debris that was removed during demo. I advise a homeowner. I can only remove eight yards at a time. Some debris was placed in front of the concrete on both sides at the gate. So that nobody drove on the freshly poured concrete for a minimum of seventy two hours after concrete installation. Homelander was informed once the debris is removed and the concrete is installed is when we would focus on the asphalt repair, which we still intend to do. We were not reliable or responsible for the damage. Asphalt that the cement truck caused as we were not the cement driver. However, we will replace it. Because it's the right thing to do, and we intended to do that anyways, again, this was brought to the homeowner's attention. Wants all debris, it's cleaned up and removed. All surfaces will be pressure washed too free of any dust.And debris caused by construction. Decorative, concrete still cannot be done for a minimum of 60 days after concrete installation. That is probably looking towards november for final completion, which was also discussed. And approved slash acknowledged buy the homeowner. Weather has also been an issue. I can only work so many hours per day when we have rain. And thunderstorms, every day it is florida."

I was very happy with Tony and his team. He recommended a full solution to fixing my home's sump pit and drain tile. The solution made sense and the solution fit the problem exactly. Since the work has been completed, not one issue has occurred. Very grateful for how quickly they managed getting the solution in place and the care / concern they exercised inside and outside my home.

Tony and his team were knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done efficiently and were mindful of checking on their concrete/rebar work while in progress and came back to remove forms. They were accommodating to my schedule and accomplished what they promised. We had some issue with a rectangular area of concrete that needed repair under the veneer in the back of our house. Tony came out accessed the problem and immediately thought of a good solution. Thanks Tony and your team!

Tony and his team are amazing! We had a particularly difficult challenge due to the geometry of our house and crawl space and due to the snow piled around it from the Chicago area winter. Tony and his team planned and then conducted the work in a way that provided excellent waterproofing at an affordable cost. This job was challenging and they rose to meet it and accomplish it.
