On October 3rd my water heater died, because of home advisor and good reviews out here I called StoutBuilt, LLC to have them come give me an estimate. They did and I signed the contract, they were out the next day to replace it. That all went great, they had to add a regulator since my old one did not have one. I was happy with the service. But since then we have had intermittent zero water presser from the cold water line, this just lasts for a few minutes. I thought this was just an issue with the regulator since I had not had one before. But I mentioned it to someone in the hardware store we used, and he said that it is wrong and should never happen, so I called on the office on the 11/12 to explain what my issue was, I was told someone would call me back. No one did; so I still had Gary Stouts cell I called him on the 19th and left voicemail I did not receive a return call so I called back on the 22nd and again left voicemail. I did get a voicemail back since I was away from my phone. I called yesterday at 8:08 and actually talked to Gary Stout, he said he would send someone out in an hour since I had an errand to run. I was home at 8:45. I waited all day no word, no call, nothing. I called him back, and he said they were supposed to come out after 9:00, and he would call them and get them out. I said I would be home today after 11:00 he said I will personally come at 11:00 to see what the problem is. It is now 11:37, I have had no word and no one has showed up. I was talking with my ex sister-in-law she has had the same issue. My ex, Gary S., was in the hospital, and she was staying at his place. Sadly I gave her their number before I knew what kind of customer service they do not have. They did this to her twice saying they would show up and did not but after several calls they did and gave her the estimate, and she signed a contract on the 11/8, and paid for this whole thing. They were to be out on the 15. They have not showed up still, and she has called several times and never has received a return call. She has had to go back to Virginia and my ex is home now but still waiting on someone to come out. I told Gary Stout about this yesterday on the phone he said he would call her and that they were scheduled to go out today. So far my ex nor Carol has heard a single thing from them. They did finality show up but had to order a part 12/3. 12/13 Update from him the part they said he is waiting for came in last week; no one has called or showed up then either. And they still have not shown up. 11/15 well he made it out at noon and said he is going to put my water softener on standby to see if that is the issue. I said it never has before he said I know, but we had to unhook all of that to replace the water heater... it uses cold water only... I am supposed to let him know if it happens again. This has never been an issue in the past. But he said that unhooking could have clogged it or something. 12/13 He was supposed to show up today at 2:30. I called at 4:30 asking where he was, he was in KC MO. He said he will be in Gardner tomorrow morning; I am to call once I get back from the bank. And of course he **will come right over** Sure. 12/16 I called again, and he said he would get back to me this week. 12/21 No call back, why am I not surprised. 1/1/2020 I guess I will call again, and then I am calling BBB and home advisor, he had a good rating on there, I hope to change that. I just talked to my ex and he, Gary S., had someone come out and put a hole in the wall and then put a patch over it, so he could order the correct part. He still has not finished his job either and refused to reply when he asked for his deposit back. 1/2/2020 I called again he said he will be over tomorrow, I told him I will be home all day. I also said Gary's has not been finished either. He said he will call him to schedule. He has not called him at all. 1/3/2020 He has not shown up ...

My fence was supposed to be done on 10/31 before it got cold and it still is not done. Gary Stout went weeks without calling me back to reschedule. They just went missing. Now that I am upset and I am threatening Social media they want to meet . They have been an absolute pain to deal with. I 100% would not recommend?

Gary and crew were great to deal with. Outstanding quality, easy to work with and affordable. Would gladly use them for future projects.
