I had a new roof, siding, soffits & gutters installed by Stout Home Improvements. I'm glad I chose them. The job was completed quickly for a fair price. Quality materials, great workmanship, prompt response to my inquiries all made for good overall experience. Having dealt with unscrupulous contractors in the past it was a good feeling to see the job completed to my satisfaction. I have a few more projects in mind, needless to say I'll be using Stout to do the work.

I have nothing bad to say about Stout Homes. Chris knows his stuff. He completely gutted my two bathrooms and did an excellent job. A few tiles were a little off and i wasn't thrilled about it, within hours a crew came back and fixed it. (Wow). They built a show room bathroom. He put me in contact with the best suppliers (classic tiles and great kills plumbing). I'm def going to use them for my kitchen reno.

Chris and his team not only did one bathroom for us but they were so reliable and good we had our other bathroom done by them. When we wanted to change anything Chris personally came over and directed the guys to whatever we wanted and made some very good suggestions . His motto is make the client happy and they did! The finished bathroom was exactly what we wanted. The team was pleasant to work with and was accommodating to our schedule. Chris was responsive to any questions or concerns we had, from the beginning to the end of the project. A highly recommended, reliable contractor.

Chris and his team did a great job. Responsive, attentive and reliable. I was nervous going into this project since I only have one shower in the house and it was done when he said it would be done and it looks fantastic. I am very pleased and would hire him again.

Chris remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets and floor, and also did my bathroom. Also had him paint my 2 bedroom apartment. Chris and his crew did a total remake of my apartment and I'm very happy with it. Chris and his crew are polite and are good workers. Came every day and had no problems. Chris is also easy to get hold of, and will return your call with any questions and concerns you may have with what is goin on. I would recommend them for any project that needs to be done.

Bathroom came out Great! The work crew were all expert craftsmen. The results were better than expected. Made additions and still the price was reasonable. Chris has customer satisfaction as his top priority. Because everything went so well, we just scheduled our next bathroom renovation.

We had a few contractors tell us that the job was too much, not Chris. He gave us a fair price and told us all that we wanted could be done. We now have a beautiful fully renovated home from top to bottom. The project even included all new windows, a new roof and installing a new furnace/AC system. Chris made himself easily available via call, text or email and his crew was professional. We get so many compliments on a job well done by Stout Homes and have already recommended his services to others.

He was very informative and was very caring about the job. He gave us options to chose from. He was very sensitive to my need.

Chris was fantastic. At one point we expressed that we weren't crazy about the river rock in the shower ..... He came over at 10pm and took it off and said they can reinstall it or we could choose a different tile. Now that's customer service at its best! Would highly recommend

Chris from Stout was great and easy to work with. The roof crew and dumpster were here by 8 am. The crew did a great job - it was a rip and roof job but they had it done in a day and a half. They did great job of cleaning every thing up. I would highly recommend the crew for your next roofing job.

Chris, Al, Danny, Paul, Jimmy and Artie were all extremely professional, courteous, accommodating, neat and created a "Showroom" master bathroom. We cannot say enough as to how thrilled we are for the beautiful new bathroom our family now enjoys. Thank you all very much. Would recommend Stout Homes to any and everyone.
