Consult was great. Workers came out, but no follow up from original guy who met with my husband to make sure job was complete. We thought there would be some kind of communication from the company to make sure we were happy with the work. Just a simple call...

Tim did a thorough inspection of roof and determined what the problem was. He gave me a fair price. The crew came a day earlier than was expected but so much the better. The crew completed the job in a few hours. My only concern was no one came to inspect the job and collect the rest of the money I owe. Being elderly, I did not feel comfortable going up on the roof myself.

Tim Pierce came to my house within 24 hours of making contact with the company. He provided an estimate on the spot after conducting an inspection of my roof. The estimate was fair and I felt a sense of trust with his sincerity. Five days later, Tim and a two man crew showed up at my house. Tim made sure the crew new exactly what was needed for my roof's repair and assured me he had gone over the results of his inspection and pictures he had taken. The job was done in a thorough timely manner and they were able to match my existing tile. The two man crew, Eli and Josh, cleaned up any debris left over and were very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Tim was great he came out quickly and gave us a great quote. The work was done in a week and exceeded all expectations. Job site was clean each day and the new garage roof looks great.

Ron was excellent - he had me work with the insurance company that we had previously, who agreed to pay for the roof because of the hail damage at the time that we had the insurance. Without his help we would never have been able to get the roof done - excellent job - would recommend them to anyone!

at this time I would like to reserve the right to commend as this is still awaiting the outcome of my request. Estimate was done professional. However we were never notified when the work would be started and were awakened one morning by the pounding on the roof. To make things worse the pounding came from the opposite side of the roof where there was no problem. When I pointed this out, the pounding continued before they moved to the other side. Whereas the wrong side was being worked on for an hour, the side that needed repairs I only noticed about 15 minutes of work. Which now has me wondering if the work was done as needed and estimated. Since I am unable to inspect the work myself I contacted the salesperson who told me he would come back to inspect the work but assured me that they were his best people which is a bit worrysome. As of today nothing has changed. If he does not come back I will need to hire someone to inspect the work. Of course if everything checks out okay I will revise my rating.
