Ermanno was great had him come out for an estimate and there is 'nt anything he wouldn't do to help. He came over looked at the job and drove back to another location to give me the quote. You don't get service like that to much these days

have just purchased and moved into my home within the past few months. With that being said, I have had to make some upgrades and repairs to my; which I ALWAYS look for recommendations first! I needed an air conditioning company to come out last week and did a search and found STRAIGHT FORWARD COMFORT - these guys are PHENOMENAL! They came out same day, had great communication and follow up, extremely professional and very professional and reasonably priced! Too good to be true right- big st all, Trey the owner along with Ermanno cake out, worked on my home, fixed my issues and had everything up and running In a very short time! Plus for every $100 you spend they give you a ticket for a free air conditioner give away which they do every other month - I cannot speak enough about how great these guys are and their work - definitely will call them again if I need a heating cooling guy - wanted to share to our community!!!

Trey and Ermanno really are "Straight Forward". They showed up as promised and on time, were open and clear with the work being done and the cost estimate - when a failed part was found, they immediately sourced it (well out of this area!) and got it to our home and installed, so we would not be without air conditioning. I will know who to call the next time we need A/C Service..
