We recently had our stair railing and newel posts replaced to make them more functional for our family, and we are very happy with the results. Jay and Edwin both did excellent work. The finished stairs look beautiful and feel solid and secure. They took the time to make adjustments and ensure everything was aligned properly, and the attention to detail really shows. Rob was responsive from the start, flexible with scheduling, and able to begin the job quickly. The project was completed in a timely manner, which we appreciated. Throughout the process, Rob was warm, professional, and easy to communicate with. He made us feel heard, offered thoughtful feedback, and as someone newer to the area, that sense of reliability and community meant a lot. We would absolutely hire Straight Line Design again and highly recommend them to others.

I’ve been working with Rob for a few years. He is meticulous with his work and has proven his work to me time and time again. He goes above and beyond with his work which makes him stand out. He is punctual and is aware that time is money and he makes good use of his time. The pics are just a few of his after work but it was an absolute mess and Rob fixed it all. Robert is a top notch professional who has excellent skills, is reliable, fairly priced, and honest. He has done various work for me over the past couple of years including snow plowing, exterior painting, toilet repair, installing a ceiling fan, putting in a dozen privacy bushes, using his tractor to move piles of rocks, manure, and wood chips. Robert prides himself on doing a job well and I have always been satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism. He also happens to be a very nice man :-) I highly recommend him.

They always took time to explain any changes or problems they found and review any costs incurred, while leaving decisions to me whether to do changes.
