"Very nice people. Just to clarify. House was sprayed since all of the carpet was removed and being readied to sell. Mess would have consisted of paint buckets of varying types, plastic that covered windows etc. All was put into trash bags and put out with their trash. I posted this due to the other, bogus, lie filled review recently. Thanks Karla and Keith for the work, good luck selling!"

"What a disgusting bunch of lies and i have the text messages to prove it. Customers wanted to put the house on the market but not spend a fortune. They have cut every corner possible.Rotten Deck needs to be ripped off, doing nothing, Rotten shoe molding in bathrooms, doing nothing, broken tile, missing grout,doing nothing, trim on house needs painting, doing nothing,carpet with animal digging tears, doing nothing, Door stops broken,missing rubber caps, doing nothing. 4 rooms needed multiple coats,was noted in original estimate was successfully accomplished. Other areas had different colors on walls and ceilings, a color was chosen to help facilitate 1 coat coverage, thus keeping the cost down. Text messages were sent about some light areas,mostly seen due to lighting differences at night when i was not there, areas were addressed, EVERY area marked with blue tape. Great work, keep it up in text messages is what i was getting. Many items were removed from the walls,leaving huge holes that were not anticipated, these were fixed without questions! Every room was totally vacuumed after prep work and before painting.Every morning upon arriving, how are you, how are things, fine, how are you? NO GODDAMN mention of anything amiss because there was nothing serious amiss. Yes, I was on a chair, not sleeping, my back was bad at the time i was working there, i was relieving pressure so i could continue work, this was expressed a number of times while i was there and she saw me laying down for the same reason a few other times. . There was NO paint on floors that need to be so called buffed, total lie.Oak floors by chimney had water stains, no repairs planned. If some paint was on a counter or an appliance, it was never brought to my attention. Texted my last bill, said check had been brought to the Post Office, thank you for the work Then I see this bs review. Pissed, your damn right I am. . I totally discount this bs review. Glad I dont have to work for people like this often. This job was estimated and accomplished with the customers wallet in mind as most of my work is. in my 30 years in business, this is by far the worst customer ever. Very deceitful and outright liar.My last day on the job, i asked if there was anything that needed to be addressed. Nope, looks like you have gotten everything. Dont you think that would have been a good time to bring up supposed issues, yes, of course and none were brought up. After seeing this garbage review, i reached out to the customer, of course i got no return phone calls. These people dont realize how far their home has come with all of the different colors to try and cover, with one coat of paint!!! Thank God, there are not many out there like this one!"

"Previously owned townhouse with terrible drywall. Seams needed to be cut out and repaired in every room on walls and ceilings. Closets were totally painted instead of touched up like originally talked about at no extra cost to homeowner. Only thing I heard throughout was the job looks great, my wife and I love the work! Cant make a 20÷ year old home with damage everywhere look like the Taj Mahal and keep the price reasonable!! Also, customer did not provide in this review why they chose 3 when all I heard was great things. I asked the homeowners twice to look things over and if I missed anything to text, call or email me. Never heard a negative thing, then they choose to send this review.... One last thing, customers asked when the project was completed to estimate another area of the house and said it would be done after getting moved in and settled!! I will not be doing the other estimated area and that is by my choice. As you can see, they left no negative remarks whatsoever."
