Straight Line Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job fixing a roof leak for us! Kyle responded to our call promptly and professionaly. He was very easy to work with from the initial inspection to the finished repair. He went above and beyond with pictures showing where the repair was needed, went into our attic to inspect everything and even came back, after the repair, to clean our gutters that were overflowing. We were leaving on vacation and they made sure to get the major repair done before we left. Outstanding service and quality workmanship—we highly recommend them!

I scheduled a complimentary preventative-maintenance roof inspection with Straight Line Roofing and had an excellent experience. A few days beforehand, Kyle called to make sure he understood what I was looking for. He arrived on time, thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof, and clearly explained his findings while showing me photos. He even repositioned a shifted roof tile and reconnected a loose gutter hook. Afterward, Kyle sent me a link to clear, high-resolution photos and let me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance at this time. His findings were also consistent with another roofing company that inspected my roof later that day. I really appreciated Kyle’s professionalism, thoroughness, communication, and transparency. I highly recommend Straight Line Roofing for anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Kyle was super helpful and informative. He was able to fix my immediate issue (slipped tile), but also found and fixed two additional tiles while he was up there. He was also able to give me a lot of information on the maintenance of my roof and what to expect over the coming years. It was a great experience and I will be using Straight Line for all my future roofing needs!

Excellent company would definitely recommend them and I will use them again if needed. Not only the estimator come out so did the owner of the company. They both inspected my roof and gutters and came back with pictures of what needed done and recommendations of what needed to be done and what additional work could be done. I was able to pick from a menu of what I wanted to do with the prices disclosed upfront. A crew of four turned up timely, and completed all the work I chose to include scraping moss, cleaning out the gutters and downspouts (had gutter guards)
cleaned up the entire area around the house and blew the roof off. It rained about a week later and Kyle, my estimator and direct contact came back with a Companion to double check all the work and make sure everything was working perfectly. Needless to say, I was very impressed with them and happy I chose them after the three other estimates from local companiesI reviewed.
I feel I got the best bang my $ plus great service

I had been having problems with my gutters spilling over with water as well as water gushes due to debris stuck in the gutters. I contacted and hired other contractors to fix the problem to no avail. Finally, I reached out to Straightline Roofing and Kyle came out to do a free estimate and discovered packed debris as well as improperly installed gutters. He recommended a solution that resolved the problem and my gutters now work as intended.The estimate was reasonable and cost effective. No more waterfalls or gushes! We only went with a single quote as I had high confidence with the company (I have a MS in Procurement and 20 years of purchasing experience - mostly in El Dorado County). SLR offers excellent service and excellent products - all of which was demonstrated in delivery and installation. We had our roof and gutters replaced (after 34 years) and an attic fan added. The Foremen Jorge and Kevin, Supervisors Kerry and Tony, also Johnny, Rebecca and Julia were all terrific operationally, with quality work and improvement suggestions, and clear accounting. Schedules were timely. Clean up excellent. Communications were exceptionally responsive. Jack handled sales and we were happy with the presentation, contracting process, offerings and the eventual match to our experience. Great Work and Great Company.
