Excellent company would definitely recommend them and I will use them again if needed. Not only the estimator come out so did the owner of the company. They both inspected my roof and gutters and came back with pictures of what needed done and recommendations of what needed to be done and what additional work could be done. I was able to pick from a menu of what I wanted to do with the prices disclosed upfront. A crew of four turned up timely, and completed all the work I chose to include scraping moss, cleaning out the gutters and downspouts (had gutter guards) cleaned up the entire area around the house and blew the roof off. It rained about a week later and Kyle, my estimator and direct contact came back with a Companion to double check all the work and make sure everything was working perfectly. Needless to say, I was very impressed with them and happy I chose them after the three other estimates from local companiesI reviewed. I feel I got the best bang my $ plus great service

Kyle from straight line roofing was the reason I chose the company to do the work. He explained what would be done, which was very comprehensive. Straight Line always gets it right. We have used them for roofing replacement or repairs at a couple of houses. Most recently they completed some roof and siding repairs on our house in Pollock Pines. The staff is friendly and professional and they are extremely vigilant with their clean up. I had been having problems with my gutters spilling over with water as well as water gushes due to debris stuck in the gutters. I contacted and hired other contractors to fix the problem to no avail. Finally, I reached out to Straightline Roofing and Kyle came out to do a free estimate and discovered packed debris as well as improperly installed gutters. He recommended a solution that resolved the problem and my gutters now work as intended.The estimate was reasonable and cost effective. No more waterfalls or gushes! We only went with a single quote as I had high confidence with the company (I have a MS in Procurement and 20 years of purchasing experience - mostly in El Dorado County). SLR offers excellent service and excellent products - all of which was demonstrated in delivery and installation. We had our roof and gutters replaced (after 34 years) and an attic fan added. The Foremen Jorge and Kevin, Supervisors Kerry and Tony, also Johnny, Rebecca and Julia were all terrific operationally, with quality work and improvement suggestions, and clear accounting. Schedules were timely. Clean up excellent. Communications were exceptionally responsive. Jack handled sales and we were happy with the presentation, contracting process, offerings and the eventual match to our experience. Great Work and Great Company.

Phil, Tony and the Straight Line team were great to work with.

This is my 2nd review for Straight Line Roofing and Construction. We recently had them out to assess our home for dry rot repairs. Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs. Each crew showed up on time, did a great job on their respective tasks, and cleaned up the area when finished. This is why I am a repeat customer, because I know Straight Line will complete the job as promised.

We contacted Straightline Construction to replace our houseâ s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs.
