Jerrick seemed very nice and professional on the phone when we made the appointment and agreed to the price. We spoke again the day of the scheduled installation, around 2:30 PM (our appointment was at 3) and he seemed fine, and asked if we could schedule for 4:30 PM instead of our originally scheduled 3:00. I agreed, but Jerrick was a no show, and never called back, answered any further texts, or answered or returned any of my calls. I never heard from Jerrick again. My wife and I waited unti 6 PM, while continually calling and texting Jerrick. I ultimately had to schedule the job with another TV wall mounting service, who did an excellent job. I hope that Jerrick is ok.
