They actually replace a water line from the water meter to the house. Can't say enough good things about Joe from Straight Plumbing. They went above and beyond. Highly reccommend these guys. Work was excellent. Very responsive and professional.

Joe and Rob installed the tankless water heater in a timely manner, The final project turned out to be neatly looking, and the water heater works great since it was installed a week ago. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them in the future if needs arise.

This was a wonderful experience for a bad problem but they came immediately at a fair price. Robert was especially nice and very easy to work with.

Joe arrived on time with a friendly attitude. He quickly assessed the work to be done, replace my leaking garbage disposer. The job was done in 45 minutes! While in my house Joe respected my property by keeping the job-site clean and neat. This was a quick job performed professionally at a reasonable price. I would hire again and recommend Straight Plumbing.

Joe called back about 20 minutes after my initial call in. He assessed my problem quickly and came the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. Very friendly and easy to work with.

This is the only company that responded almost immediately on a Saturday morning, when I woke up to a flooded kitchen. The line to my ice maker split. Joe was on another job, but he came as soon as possible and corrected the problem in a short period of time. I asked him to come back and install a new hot water heater, which is working very well. He put me on his schedule for the following week. His work is excellent, and he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It took almost 2 minutes for Joe to reply to my request on Home Advise. WOW, VERY FAST, with the most polite reply ever. The entire job was done with in just a few hours. He had to evaluate what was needed, go pick up the new water heater that would meet our needs. Upon returning with the heater he finished the job very quickly and removed to old heater . Joe's attention to detail and his knowledge of plumbing was obvious from the start. WOULD USE AGAIN and recommend to others. Jim
