Jason has come out twice now for different issues with our plumbing, and has been wonderful. Both times, he was prompt, professional and efficient. He explained the problems in an understandable way, and provided different options for repairs at different price points. Additionally, Erin at the Dallas office is great - she is prompt at returning calls, great at triaging my issues so they are addressed quickly, and thoughtful enough to call when cancellations occur to see if we want them to come out sooner. I rarely find companies that provide such good customer service, so I almost never have the same people come out for new issues. That they’ve earned my repeat business is a testament to the quality and professionalism they deliver.

Nic did a great job but we have a major sower problem with the funky sewer line. They established here in Oak Ridge. He is coming back to do a bigger job of finding the root blockage and making repairs!

I would not recommend this plumber/ provider. This provider was unable to work with me to find a solution to fix my issue. He made excuses and was unable to hear my needs. When the work was finished to my satisfaction he would only make excuses and justify why he did what the work he did. The fixture does not match what was previously installed. Even though I was promised he would install a matching replacement he did not show up with the part. He alter the set up and only made excuses when I questioned why. He told me it would take days to show up with the replacement part.

I had one of my pipes burst over the holidays. Called in an emergency to this amazing company and was able to resolve it the same day. Couldn’t ask for better service!
