Overall, it was an okay experience. They were very responsive and set up an appointment quickly and even followed up with me afterwards. The technician was good, but the price was more than expected and after the technician said it took him more than 20mins to detect a ?very, very small gas leak? and I may have to open up my walls to repair the leak, I decided to obtain a second opinion and there was no gas leak.
