I am pleased with his recommendation of composite decking and the color as well.The porch looks terrific. Glad that it is safe. I would suggest improving communication with his customers on appointments changes and delays.

We contacted Straight Up Contracting for a deck project that we had in mind. Pat came out to our home on short notice and had an estimate for us the same day. The estimate was more than fair and Pat is very honest and professional. Straight Up Contracting was able to start the deck project right away and we could not be anymore happier with the performance and quality from them. Pat did a great job,despite having to wait for materials that were delayed because of shipping delays, I highly recommend him.

Due to the pandemic the Straight Up contractor could not get the equipment needed to build the deck as stated. However, when the equipment finally became available he did an excellent job building a Hugh deck and repairing a window and roof paneling.

After the wind storms it appeared that a roof shingle had blown off.Ihad a contractor give me an estimate for repairing the roof but he recommended I get a new roof. I called Pat and he came within 2 hours and told me that my roof looked ok and didn"t need replacing yet.If you want an honest contractor, call Pat. I would certainly recommend him .

Overall very polite, answered all questions , cleaned up afterward and very responsive.

Pat abd his team were at my house within hours to give me a quote on my wind danaged roof and were done the next day before the snow came. Very professional . Will definitely use again.

Early yesterday morning, Mr. Pat Loucks was there 15 minutes after I went on Home Advisor, to see where wicked winds had blown shingles off my roof the previous day. He gave my an estimate on the spot. I approved the estimate. They were done by 10 AM that morning before rain or any complications could happen. GREAT WORK! Thanks Pat!

The door is fixed but it is really, really hard to close.

Pat is a very responsive and professional contractor. We had water damage in out 1/2 bath. He came to give us an estimate on fixing the bath. Also asked him about flooring for 3 rooms. He had good suggestions and gave us an estimate. His prices were fair. He was in contact with us throughout the project. Pat was prompt and completed all work and cleaned up each day. We could not be happier with his work! I recommend Pat without reservation!
