Chip returned my call very quickly. He was very thorough with the damage to my garage door, explained in detail with photos, what had to be replaced or repaired. His quotes were very reasonable.Very courteous and very happy with the work performed.

Found Straight Up Garage Door & Opener Service thru Home Advisor. Made contact and explained my need. Gave me a quote over the phone and we agreed to do business. On 7/18/2016 the men from Straight Up Garage Door & Opener Service showed up to my rental to replace the garage door. Stayed in contact with me prior to coming out. They showed up promply and were very courteous and jovial. Found out while there they both were Veterans and it showed. They assessed the actual job and honored the quote previously given. Completed the job and found additional issues with my homes structure. Repaired the issues at NO additional charge. New 16x7 door, rails, plus hardware in an hour or so. I must say these guys did a fantastic job.

Chip installed our new garage door & opener today - both work great! The opener brand that he recommended is extremely quiet (it's kind of eerie). He also came back after we were home from work to make sure everything was ok and to program my car's homelink to open the door. Best of all, his prices for the doors we were considering were $500-$800 less than a competitor for the exact same options!

I had choices ,but feel fortunate that I selected Straight Up Garage Door Service. Skip, owner called to let me know he was delayed. He arrived within minutes of his revised ETA . I am too embarrased to tell you what was causing my problem !.Let it suffice that I had placed a trash can in the eye of the garage door sensor. It took Skip minutes to diagnose the problem ..... .....if you have a garage door issue I encourage you to give Straight Up Garage Door a call .

did not arrive as scheduled arrived a couple hours later after I called pasted the scheduled time. Once he arrived pleasant person , good service ,competitive cost but poor time management from the start and didn't call to let me know he was going to arrive late I had to call him approx. 30 min past the scheduled time to see what was going on .
