Straight Up Plumbing is a local veteran owned company started in 2014 by Mark & Jerilyn Treglia. While in the service, I earned certifications in pipe fitting, welding, metal fabricating, and continued my education and experience in plumbing and water treatment. After witnessing the negative affect the trades industry had on our degrading economy, We saw an opportunity to show our customers that honesty and integrity are the most important within the plumbing industry. Water Heater - Repair or Service
Amazing experience! Our hot water heater stopped working. The company was able to get a technician out to Carson City that same morning, who promptly diagnosed the problem (a bad thermostat). We have an unusual brand of water heater and he didn't have that type of thermostat with him, but he made calls and was able to find one in Truckee. Somehow they got the part delivered from Truckee to their office in Sparks, and the technician made a second trip out to our house that afternoon to install it. This was definitely service above and beyond!

My hot water heater failed on a sunday afternoon I found straight up plumbing through home advisor and reached out 1st thing monday morning even before the shop was open they were working on getting a tech out to me in carson city. Tech(Robert Quintana) was at my home at 8:20.. Very fast and professional ....
