    Scheduled an estimate and Jake arrived today. I showed him my leaking roof and mold that was discovered when we took down our kitchen cabinets. Everything seemed fine and he said he would get the quote to me tomorrow. Now he started texting me asking why I wasnâ t cleaning the mold myself since I owned a cleaning company. Well Jake, my company cleans hoarding homes, crime scenes, rodent waste but not mold. And why the heâ ll does any of that matter when I need a new roof? His texts questioning my honesty was completely uncalled for and out of nowhere. I decided to call him directly to ask why he even cares if my company does mold cleanup. He said he thought I was lying to him and just trying to learn his pricing because he thinks I am a competitor. Totally bizarre behavior. Jake, I am the host of a TV show (Hoarders on A&E). My company Steri-Clean is a 28 year old nationwide company that never has performed mold removal. And I still have no clue what that has to do with us needing a new roof. My wife and I could not believe the bizarre stance you took on refusing to send a bid in fear of us being a competitor. You are way off on this one and are a poor representation for your company to say the least.

    The TPO roof cover was installed in under 2 days. Looks great and with a 15 year warrantee I look forward to not worrying about any more leaks from the remaining winter storms.

    All roofers are way over priced. It should not cost as much as they are charging! This one was the least overpriced.

    This company was professional, great customer service and great to deal with. While my job was small, they dealt with it like it was large commercial project. From the owners to the craftsman they all cared about the finished project. The job was completed as promised.
