Odes and his crew did an excellent job on painting my home interior for sale. Odes gave me great advise on what colors and texture to use that would enhance the sale value. The crew was thorough, clean, on time and professional. Once I put my home on the market, I closed the bids in two days and went to settlement 60 days later. The prospects commented on how well the walls and ceiling were painted and it was move in ready.

Fair warning to consumers. Terrible. From the beginning it was obvious that the guys on the job were not experienced floor installers. besides poor workmanship they had no respect for our house. Simple things like putting ram board down on the new floors as to not damage them wasn't done. - trim installed wrong - fixed after I pointed it out - covered a heating vent - fixed after I pointed it out - many scratches on the new floor - fixed after I pointed it out - Every time they used the toilet the seat was left up. - lids to some of my paint cans not seals another is all crushed in because they used their boot to seal it. - They didn't put our furniture back in the rooms - cleanup was sloppy and incomplete. -there are a few gaps between the floor and wall that the 1/4 round doesn't cover. - There are over a dozen "creaky" areas in the floor.

Straight Line Painting (Odes did our painting) was prompt, reliable, neat and reasonably priced. I thought edging along wallpaper and ceiling stains would be tough. Odes is a skilled painter and did an excellent job.

the costs for the drywall repair and paint were extremely expensive for such a small area - miscommunication

It went well

The job started well, and we added the front porch floor to have the painting removed to expose the original gray stone and the ceiling to be stripped and strained painted. We had to go over a few times how we wanted the paint job to be professionally done. We had to point out several areas where the paint was dripped on the house bricks or on the stones. We had a new roof placed ,and they also got paint on the new roof. They did not take any precaution to protect the trim area. While removing the red paint from the front porch floor, they paint washed down the cement walkway onto the steps onto the pavement and left it stained pinkish color. Mr. Odes stated it would wash away. We had four days of hefty downpours of rain, and the stain remained. I called Straight Line Painting Mr. Odes, who stated he would come and power wash it as soon as he had a job in the area. One week went by, and I called again. He said he was on vacation and would return on Saturday and do the power washing on Friday. Mr. Odes never showed up and stopped answering my calls or text messages. Mr. Ode's workers left paint chips and the sand machine sand pads in the bush, and they did not place any covering to protect them in my flower beds.

Worked diligently and proficiently

Straight Line painted all the walls in my condo. Odes contacted me in response to my quote inquiry and was on site the same day to do the quote. I was satisfied with the pricing so I did the down payment. The following day he contacted to schedule for the next morning. 2 guys showed up at 8am and worked for 8 hours. The next day they did a half day and mostly finished the job. Then Odes came and did the doors and trim and any necessary touch ups. After all that, he invited me to take my time and look to see if all looked well, welcoming any feedback or requested touch ups. When I told him I was happy it was true. I would happily hire them again for another project.

The work completed for our organization was like the beginning of construction. They had to demolish certain rooms before constructing it into the masterpiece of the desired project. The workers are dependable and committed to excellent work.

1)They were never on time, and had zero communication that they would be arriving late. 2)They left my room with dust everywhere, even furniture that had been covered ended up littered with dust. My tv, home theater system, also covered was left with dust from the sanding. Compound was found on my carpet, and on the door. 3)There was spots that weren’t smoothed out, and when I questioned about it, I was told someone would come back out to fix the issue, never heard anything back about it.

The results are good. They could have done a better job with prep work and covering areas. I need to do a lot of cleaning. Overall good service and the workers are very pleasant people.

Everything went well. A week before the job was scheduled, I hadn’t received any outreach about details like the paint colors and arrival time, so I texted and received an immediate response. Crew showed up on time and did a good job overall. I asked them to touch up some things and add another coat to one room where the color was showing through slightly. The guys did this without complaint and now I am fully satisfied with the services. It looks great!
