I have a mouse problem due to the fact that I live next to a large open field and have chickens and dogs as pets and feed in my garage all the time. Unfortunately I would always see mouse droppings in there and regular traps didn t help much, Straight up Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend and I m glad I gave them a shot. Customer service was great and reasonably priced for a monthly service. Paul came and set up a few traps around my garage and yard and has already caught some mice. Hopefully it keeps the mice out of my garage and coop for good.

Had an issue with rodents coming back, I have used other services but they always came back. Paul came out and took care of them, he also has followed up, and I haven t had the rats come back yet. They came on the day I called and were there quickly.

I was assured that the product he used to terminate the rodents would work well however, they were more the next day and even more three days later and I have called the company repeatedly and left a message about this problem and they have yet to return my calls and no longer answer the phone. I was charged a very high price for a few contract bait packs and three claw traps and after looking up costs of the material an entire industrial container of this product and dozens of claw traps could be purchased for the amount he charged me. I called him after the job to ask about the increase of rodent activity after his visit and what the next step should be but after this company never returned my calls or bothers to answer their phone and the information I gathered about the cost of what his goods and services should have reasonably been for tossing a few bait packets under my trailer and stapling a couple of pieces of chicken wire under one sink and a little piece of steel wool that was immediately pushed back out of the crevice I feel the need to file a grievance with the BBB, the pest control board and possibly con charges with my bank. This company saw a woman desperate to find a solution because her health crisis with a young inexperienced and overwhelmed daughter and after their lack of follow through, I believe they took advantage of it to make a quick buck. A half an hour work including inspection and baiting and a completely waste of money. Do not hire!!!!

Very competent in diagnosis and fixing the problem. Base price higher than others but lowers it significantly if you go with monthly inspection fee.
