Couldn t get rid of allergies and sickness in the home we rent. Brought in this company and they verified with air quality and lab tests that we are breathing several strains of mold including black mold. The owner of the company is continuing to work with us and communicate with us as we go through the process of breaking our lease and leaving the house that has put our youngest daughter in the hospital multiple times. Just a great guy overall and well worth the money.

Experienced professional, not someone who took the three-day mold class. Aaron Guritz is tops! He arrived with his sampling equipment. Took one reference sample outside, then inspected the affected area inside. Took an air sample from the suspect area, as well as photos. He sent the samples to a lab for analysis. He received the results, generated a report and sent it to me in exchange for his fee. NO toxic mold was found, thankfully. I WOULD CALL Strategic Environmental Testing again should the need arise. This trustworthy pro is all you need to know.

It's a scam the personnel Aaron that did the testing was insufficient in what needed to be done he need it to help me prove my apartment was filthy in air quality there was mice poop in an access panel and 60% humidity outside was 40 where there is mold growing in my home me and my family develop respiratory issues thanks to this company not supporting and helping me get out of my apartment

"Strategic Environmental Testing conducted testing on an apartment that clearly had a water leak from an above ceiling HVAC unit. We conducted testing following industry standards. Samples were sent to a third party Laboratory for analysis. Lab results indicated that the mold spore count inside the home was less than the outside readings. It?s unfortunate that he feels that are services are a scam, I believe they are not happy with the Laboratory results, as they were hopeful this would come back, so they could break their lease. Our report indicated that the humidity was higher inside the apartment than the exterior reading."
