We think Chris did a great job for us. We are moving from Northern Wisconsin to Arkansas and hired him to do the Home Inspection for us. He did a thourough job & sent info over the internet to us to sign & pay for his services. Communication with us & our Realtor was great. We're actually calling him to do the inspection on another home we hope to be closing on soon. Would highly recommend him to others.

Chris did an outstanding job in our house inspection in Hot Springs Village. He was completely thorough and honest about all issues that he encountered and published an extremely detailed and professional home report covering all issues he encountered. In addition, he explained why these issues needed to be taken care of as he did not want any further complications with the home in the future. He was very professional in his explanations and his recommendations for the repairs or replacement of the damaged areas that he encountered. He spent quite a few hours during the inspection to make sure anything and everything was working and if it wasn't he explained the reason behind it. I would highly recommend Chris for any inspection project in the future as his "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for his clients definitely is shown through his work and final reports. We are more than satisfied with his work and couldn't have been happier with his results.
