Job completed, good job.

I have several issues with this company! 1. Had my roof and gutters replaced in October of 2019...still have yet to receive my warranty. 2. One of the gutters fell off in April 2020! I reported the issue to Paul. He stated that he would enter a claim. It s now July going into August and the gutter still isn t repaired! 3. The roof started leaking! Paul was contacted about the roof leaking. He has been contacted on more than one occasion about when the repairs were going to be made. I keep getting the run around. As of today, I still have not received the warranty for my roof and the repairs to the gutter and roof have yet to be completed! If the option of zero stars was available, that s exactly the rating they would get!

I considered multiple vendors to replace my roof on a 3000 sf home. My roof slants multiple directions and is relatively complex. I found Paul Brown from Strategic Improvements to be easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Paul explained the process, the materials to be used and the warranty provided. He was easy to work with for scheduling and his crew was there when expected. The project was completed in the estimated time. They were not the least expensive option, but I had confidence given other examples they had done Paul's explanation. It has been a month since the completion of the roof and we have not experienced any leaks to issues. The only concern I had was the crew finished late on the last day and did not thoroughly clean up around the house or return patio furniture. We were able to handle that the following morning, so not a big issue. I would definitely recommend others consider Paul and Strategic Improvements for replacing a roof.

Paul, the owner, was amazing from start to finish! From the initial meeting, he was very thorough and patient in reviewing the work him and his team would do on our home. He gave great suggestions for changes, and provided his professional opinion. He wasn't pushy, he always communicated with me, and his crew did a beautiful job on our new roof! He was great about checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied during the process. I would recommend Strategic Improvements to anyone that is looking to replace their roof!

Paul is amazing. He did a fantastic job on a full remove and replace roof. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job on schedule and on budget. He makes sure to communicate exactly what the job requires and provides all the materials necessary. His crew was also very punctual and professional and left the job site was left clean. The estimate was spot on with no hidden surprise or bump up fees. I HIGHLY recommend him and his crew.

I hired them to replace our roof, soffit and facia, and gutters and downspouts. Paul listened to what I wanted. Provided good advice and a competitive estimate, and after I selected them, his people executed the job flawlessly. The workers were professional and quick and cleaned up well. The house looks great!

I had major mold problems in my attic and needed to replace the entire roof, sheathing, soffit/fascia, and gutters. The work was high quality and was done very quickly. I have worked for roofing companies in the past and can confirm that the work was well done. We ran into some issues during the process, but Paul was very quick to respond and correct them as soon as possible. Months after the work was done, i discovered that i was still having ventilation issues. Paul responded immediately and worked with Owens Corning to fix the issue.

Needed a roof urgently and they complied quickly. Large roof's quote was reasonable and everything needed was done as promised. Roof is beautiful, wood was replaced where needed and whole job was professionally done. Nice to be able to trust a contractor to do what he said he would do, in a timely manner of only one and a half days, right after signing the contract. No more leaks and a satisfied customer - Thank you !

The contractor that Strategic Improvements hired to replace the gutters with seamless gutters. It took them 3 1/2 days before arriving. I think they got behind in jobs because of bad storms. I think. No communications about why they did not show up or actually when. 2 men just arrived. But they di a decent job.

They were very professional and got the job done in one day like they promised.
