"Strategic Improvements strives to provide superior products, excellent installation, and the best customer service. There are some instances where the customer is impossible to satisfy. In this case, Joe L. is one of those people. This is what transpired with this customer: Complained about every aspect of the job from the start of the job, including, the ethnicity of the installers. Demanded that Strategic return to the job on 3 occasions after the installation. Strategic DID return 3 times and was unable to detect any installation defects. Did not pay the balance in full upon completion. Short paid by $238.00. Joe L. decided he would refund himself for his inconvenience. The customer warranty with Owens Corning IS in full force and effect. Strategic has left (9) nine voice mail messages since the date of this review. None of the messages have been returned. Please refer to the many 5.0 out 5.0 Home Advisor reviews and on the Strategic Improvements page. At the customer request, Strategic Improvements will have an Inspection Specialist from Owens Corning inspect the install of the roof. Thank you for allowing us to rebuke this unfair and misguided review. We pride ourselves and insist on providing complete satisfaction during and upon completion of each job. Paul understood our project, made a few cost saving suggestions and was the most economical. They showed up on time, completed the project quickly, and left the site clean of trash and debris. If you need roofing, I highly recommend this company. His men completed the work in 1 day including skylight installation and they did a very good job. Good follow up by Paul Brown during the process. Cleanup was not bad but could have been better - found nails in the driveway and yard and some debris. Would recommend Paul and his company for roof work. We worked with Paul Brown to select the materials and to pick the date of install. His team came on the day we chose and completed the entire roof in one day. The existing gutters were unexpectedly different sizes, but we resolved the issue quickly and none of the work was delayed. We highly recommend Strategic Improvement for anyone who is replacing their roof or gutters! The pricing was competitive and most of all we were not taken advantage of by the storm chasers who inflated prices and had inexperienced roofers from out of state or local contractors who also used cheap labor to meet demand just to make an excessive one time profit in Treesdale Area . Paul was honest and his crews work was fantastic. Doing business with him was a pleasure."
